Please go to http://kahunaservice.com and under menu, there is warranty registration form. Just fill it out and you are registered for warranty.
Our chairs are 110V/220V however, you will need a separate power converter which can purchased online or local stores.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any extended warranty.
Because there are male ends on both of the air hoses,Please remove one of the white plastic male piece from either side of the air hose.
Turn the power switch off on the back of the chair and unplug the power cord for 15 seconds then plug the cord back in and turn the power switch on.
We warrant our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship when used under expected operating conditions. AJX.LLC warrants all products for minimum one full year with parts and labor and additional period promised by the product.
