I RECEIEVED MY NEW CHAIR BUT THE WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOX, HOW DO I REGISTER WARRANTY FOR MY NEW CHAIR?

Please go to http://kahunaservice.com and under menu, there is warranty registration form. Just fill it out and you are registered for warranty.

I WANT TO TAKE THIS INTERNATIONAL, IS IT COMPATIBLE WITH THEIR POWER CONNECTION?

Our chairs are 110V/220V however, you will need a separate power converter which can purchased online or local stores.

IF MY WARRANTY EXPIRES, CAN I PURCHASE EXTENDED WARRANTY?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any extended warranty.

HOW CAN I BE ASSURED THAT I AM PURCHASING A PRODUCT FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER?

Our authorized dealers shall have a certificate of authenticity that contains their legal name and address. A certificate of authenticity must be available to the customer at the time of sale. If you have further questions with regard to authenticity, please call us at 1-855-646-9500.

ARE YOUR CHAIRS COVERED BY INSURANCE?

Our customers were able to get reimbursements from their insurance, but we do not deal directly with your insurance, you will need to contact your provider and find out through them.

HOW DO I RESET MY CHAIR?

Turn the power switch off on the back of the chair and unplug the power cord for 15 seconds then plug the cord back in and turn the power switch on.

HOW DO I CONNECT MY 6800 ARM PANEL TO THE CHAIR?

Because there are male ends on both of the air hoses,Please remove one of the white plastic male piece from either side of the air hose.
